Returns

All items returned due to sizing issues will be replaced (International shipping costs will need to be covered)

Any items returned to us due to customer related mistakes can be sent back out (Shipping costs will need to be covered)

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon REAL STATE receiving an item back, provided that the item is in its original condition.

Customer or shipping related issues cannot be refunded, due to the small nature of the business.

Production

Each product is made by hand to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the production process before postage.
